There are a number of different things that need to be taken into account. New York seems to be average 55k-60k and APX with 2-3 years experience in the same industry. less experience is in the range of 50-55k ... Note also that in the area of financial services, many companies pay a premium above. Model and total (base + bonus + OT) would be at around 65K-70K.
