Sugar - you can try vegan sugar, which they sell at Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, online, etc. Use of raw cane sugar, but there is a difference measurement.

Eggs - 1 / 4 cup applesauce per egg

Butter - Margarine Crisco shortening or vegan (which is vegan)

Ice Cream - you can buy the strawberry ice cream at Whole Foods or Trader Joe's soy or natural food stores, and I see myself as Jewel-Osco stores and Dominick animals now.

Whipped cream - It is a soy-cream, you can buy at Whole Foods, at last I checked, I think it's a company called "Soyatoo?

unsweetened chocolate - you can pieces of chopped vegan chocolate, chocolate, in fact, use, though should the darker non-dairy ingredients, milk chocolate does, in my opinion. Ghiaridelli chocolate milk without the possibility of a black, or, indeed, hit Whole Foods. Try the online.

Egg substitute

ONE (1) eggs represents one of the following:

2 v. soup. Flour
½ c. Tea. Oil
½ c. Tea. Baking powder
2 v. soup. Liquid

2 v. soup. Water
1 teaspoon of soup. Oil
½ c. Tea. Baking powder

1 teaspoon of soup. * Flax seed (ground coffee)
3 c. Soup. Hot

1 teaspoon of soup. Gelatin or fruit pectin
3 c. Soup. Hot

Yogurt, banana puree, applesauce, pumpkin puree or fresh fruit and vegetables are good substitutes for eggs, muffins and cakes.

To replace eggs, casseroles, burgers, bread, vegetables, mashed potatoes, or try tahini (sesame butter) nut butters or rolled oats.

* Linen is a wonderful source of Biomega three fatty acids that our bodies need and do not usually enough.

and then use the soy ice cream
