Yep. Shortly after leaving the army, I (stupidly) answered a job from home ads. He sold these things. So I sent and have tried for several days followed all the installation instructions and even called for ensuring the installation right. No luck. I mean, yes, the smell of ozone, but that was no improvement. They were very nice to you, and not a penny I pay for everything. But I would not try a product that I believe, sell, and it did nothing. YMMV
